Madison Keys was born February 17, 1995 in the American city of Rock Island and began playing tennis at the age of four. Rick and Christina, Madison’s parents, work as lawyers. The tennis player has three sisters: Sydney, Montana and Hunter.
At nine, Keys entered the tennis academy, founded by the ex-first racket of the world, American Chris Evert. Madison says that she was inspired to play tennis by the performance of Venus Williams at Wimbledon 2008.

Career
She began her professional career in 2009, immediately making her debut in the main draw of the WTA tournament (in Ponte Vedra Beach). The following season, she won the first trophy at ITF competitions. Madison won her debut title at the WTA in 2014, becoming the champion in Eastbourne.
