How to contact The Tennis Time
In shortEmail [email protected]. We read every message, answer corrections first, and usually reply within a few working days.
The Tennis Time is run by Lazaro Schroeder, 122 E Main St, Medford, Oregon 97501, USA. The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. There is no contact form and no account to make, so nothing about you is collected apart from what you write.
Please say which page you mean by sending its address. A message we can act on names the page, quotes the sentence or figure you mean, says what you think is wrong or missing, and links the source. Without those, we have to write back with questions first.
Corrections
Found a mistake? Tell us what and where
In shortSend the page address, the figure or sentence that is wrong and, if you can, an official source that shows the right answer. We check it, fix it and log the correction with its date on that page.
Corrections are the messages we value most. A good one has three parts: the page, the wrong figure, and where the right one can be checked, such as a tour's own release or a tournament's website. We compare it with our own source, and when you are right the page changes and the correction is dated.
If we cannot confirm a figure against an official source, we say so on the page instead of guessing. The about page explains how every figure is sourced and kept current.

Tips, press and notices
In shortTips about a missing event, a changed date or a better source are welcome. Press requests, picture credits and legal notices go to the same address.
If a tournament moves a date or a tour changes its prize money, a short note with a link helps us update the right page. For picture credits or a request to remove a picture, include the page address and who you are. Legal notices should name the page and the content concerned.
Four kinds of message come up most. Data corrections: name the player or tournament and the figure, and link the official tour or tournament page, because every correction is checked against official ATP, WTA, ITF and Grand Slam sources before a page changes. Photo credits and removals: give the page address and say which person or picture is shown. Press and licensing questions: say what you plan to use and where. Photographs from Wikimedia Commons keep their own licence, listed on the photo credits page.
We do not give betting tips, sell links or publish sponsored content, so messages offering those will not get a reply. We also cannot give advice about a player's private life or contact players for you.
For who is responsible for the site, read the legal notice. For what we do with your email, read the privacy policy.
