For 2 hours and 26 minutes of the match, Victoria made five aces and two breaks, making a mistake seven times when serving. Whereas Karolina filed 11 times and implemented six break points, making four double faults.
Score in the personal meetings, opponents became equal – 4: 4. In the semifinals of the tournament in Rome, Pliskova will play either with the Frenchwoman Kristina Mladenovic, or with the Greek woman Maria Sakkari.
