Petra Kvitova leaves the tournament in St. Petersburg

The second racket of the world, Czech tennis player Petra Kvitova, in the quarterfinals of the competition St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy lost to the Croatian Donna Vekic, who occupies the thirtieth place in the world ranking – 4/6, 1/6.

For 1 hour and 34 minutes of the match, Petra made three aces and one break, making a mistake six times in the service. While Donna once filed right through and implemented five break points, making four double faults. Through personal meetings, opponents became equal – 1: 1.

In the semifinals of the tournament in St. Petersburg Vekich will play with the winner of the match between Russian women Darya Kasatkina and Vera Zvonareva.
