Novak Djokovic made his way to the Masters final in Madrid, defeating Dominic Thiem

The first racket of the world, Serb Novak Djokovic, outplayed Austrian Dominic Thiem, who occupies the fifth line of the ATP rating, with a score of 7/6 (2), 7/6 (4) in the Masters semi-final in Madrid.

The meeting lasted 2 hours and 22 minutes. During this time, the 31-year-old Djokovic completed three aces, making one mistake while filing and implemented three break points, and the 25-year-old Thiem filed right through, made two double mistakes and made three breaks.

Previously, the score in personal meetings was 5: 2 in favor of the Serb. In the finals of the Mutua Madrid Open, Djokovic will fight with  Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas.
