Eugenie Bouchard: One defeat means nothing

Canadian tennis player Eugenie Bouchard commented on the defeat at the start of the tournament in Toronto.

“I think I had a good match, the best after the injury. Bianca is still the 20th in the world, and I fought with her in three sets. It gives confidence and motivates. I feel that I have matured and look at things much more adequately.

I am happy to play, this is the most incredible thing in life. So one defeat does not mean anything. Now I enjoy tennis, remain positive and do my best, “the press service of the Tour quotes Bouchard.

Note that Eugenie lost the ninth match in a row.
