For 1 hour and 21 minutes of the duel, the fifth racket of the world, 31-year-old Angelique, sold four break points and made a mistake when serving. 35-year-old Stosur, who occupies 132nd place in the WTA ranking, took the opponent’s bid twice, made four aces and three double faults. In the 1/8 finals of the Nature Valley International competition, Kerber will play against Rebecca Peterson.
