Russian tennis player Svetlana Kuznetsova overcame the barrier of the first round of the competition in Madrid, beating Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka – 7/5, 6/4.
The fight lasted 1 hour and 53 minutes. The 109th World No. 33-year-old Svetlana made four breaks and three aces. The 20-year-old Sabalenka, who is in tenth place in the world classification, took the opponent’s bid twice, made two aces and 16 double faults.
