Stan Wawrinka is probably one of the most “unlucky” players in the history of tennis. An excellent hitter, great physical and mental skills, he had the great misfortune to be born in an era of phenomena that almost always deprived him of the glory of triumph.
Winner of Slams and reached number 3 in the ATP ranking, Wawrinka has a recognizable style of play: amazing one-handed backhand, powerful forehand, great service and a physical and mental toughness really fierce.

Yonex once again updates the VCORE PRO 97 (330), one of the most solid racquets. At 350 grams strung and a swingweight of 332-RDC, this racquet is rock solid at impact. It also features a fine frame (20 mm) and a compact headsize of 626 cm², giving it control and feel.
For this generation of the VCORE PRO, Yonex implemented an Improved Throat Design, which combines a longer, finer shaft with a lower throat, resulting in greater torque and spin potential. Also in this new line is the Vibration Dampening Mesh (VDM), which is integrated into the handle to reduce unwanted vibration. From the baseline, the VCORE PRO 97 (330) is more challenging to maneuver than the VCORE PRO 97 (310), but the extra weight pays off when it comes to fending off a tough ball or closing the action with good exit speed. As with the previous generation, this racquet rewards topspin mechanics with a powerful ball that explodes onto the court.
At net, the VCORE PRO 97 (330) doesn’t get blown away. The weight provides great depth and the Headlight balance helps the player with maneuverability. As with the other VCORE PRO models, the touch is amazing. With this update to the VCORE PRO 97 (330), Yonex continues on a proven path. This racquet is an ideal choice for the experienced player looking for a stable racquet that hits hard. Great playing feel is a sweet bonus.
