Romanian tennis player Simona Halep overcame the barrier of the second round of the Indian Wells tournament, having beaten Czech Barbora Strycova, – 6/2, 6/4.
For 1 hour and 26 minutes of the match, the second racket of the world, 27-year-old Simona, made six breaks and one ace, making a double mistake when serving. 32-year-old Strycova, who occupies the 50th position in the world classification, three times took delivery of a rival and made three double mistakes.
