Swiss tennis player Roger Federer during a live broadcast with Rafael Nadal on Instagram spoke about recovery from knee surgery.
“The first six weeks there was good progress, but then it slowed down a bit. Now it’s getting better. I have a lot of time, so I’m not in a hurry. This is the only good moment. In the end, I just want to have a healthy knee, it doesn’t matter when I can return.
So, I played a little opposite the wall, recovered and did fitness exercises. I’m fine, I’m happy. I don’t know how many operations you had, this is the second for me, and the second time it’s easier for me. But I definitely wouldn’t want to go through the third operation, “Federer said.
