The first racket of the world, Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, in the third round of the Western & Southern Open competitions defeated Spaniard Pablo Carreño-Busta, who occupies the 53rd place in the world rating, – 6/3, 6/4.
Tennis players spent 1 hour 30 minutes on the court. During this time, the 32-year-old Djokovic completed eight aces, never made a mistake when submitting and implemented two break points, and the 28-year-old Carreño-Busta noted only two double mistakes.
The result of personal meetings of opponents was 3: 0 in favor of the Serb. In the quarterfinals of the tournament in Cincinnati, Djokovic will play with the Frenchman Lukas Pouille.
