The 23rd World No., Latvian tennis player Jelena Ostapenko, in the second round of the Miami Open competition, could not beat Czech to Marketa Vondroushova, who is in 59th place in the world ranking, – 5/7, 1/6.
For 1 hour and 24 minutes of the match, Jelena made two aces and two breaks, making a mistake six times in the service. Whereas, Marketa served through twice and implemented six break points, making four double faults.
Through personal meetings, opponents became 2-1 in favor of the Czech. In the third round of the tournament in Miami, Vondrousova will play with the Belgian Elize Mertens.
