Croatian tennis player Marin Cilic refused to continue the fight at the Masters in Madrid.
“Dear fans and organizers of the competition. I am very sorry, but I have to withdraw from the tournament. I suffered all night because of food poisoning. I am very upset that my stay in Madrid ended that way. Many thanks to everyone who supported me”, – wrote Cilic in his twitter.
.Thus, the Croatian opponent in the quarter-final match, Serb Novak Djokovic, became the semifinalist of the competition.
