For 1 hour and 20 minutes of the match, Karolina made three aces and three breaks, making a double mistake in serving. Whereas, Marketa doubled through and implemented one break point, making three double faults.
The score in personal meetings of opponents became 1-0 in favor of Plishkova. In the quarterfinals of the tournament in Miami, Karolina will play with Romanian Simona Halep.
