Czech tennis player Karolina Pliskova and Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko withdrew from the tournament in Sydney, which will be held next week. Note that the athletes were supposed to meet at the start of the competition. Now in the grid, Pliskova and Tsurenko will be replaced by Puig and Tatjana Maria.
