The fourth racket of the world, Czech tennis player Petra Kvitova, defeated her compatriot Katerina Sinyakova in the second round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships – 6/7 (3), 6/4, 6/4.
For 2 hours and 34 minutes of the match, Petra made seven aces and three breaks, having made a mistake nine times when serving. While Katerina four times blew through and realized one break-point, making two double mistakes.
Due to personal meetings, opponents became 2-0 in favor of Kvitova. In the third round of the tournament in Dubai, Petra will play either with the French Caroline Garcia, or with the American Jennifer Brady.
