Canadian tennis player Denis Shapovalov overcame the Master’s second-round barrier in Miami, beating Briton Daniel Evans – 4/6, 6/1, 6/3.
The fight lasted 1 hour and 58 minutes. The 23rd number of the ATP rating, 19-year-old Denis, made four breaks and Ace, mistaken three times when serving. 28-year-old Evans, who occupies the 97th position in the world classification, once took the opponent’s serve, made three aces and as many double mistakes.
The Briton remains the leader in the personal meetings of the players – 2: 1. In the third round of the Miami Open tournament, Shapovalov will play either with the Russian Andrey Rublev, or with the Croatian Marin Cilic.
