David Goffin made it to the quarterfinals of the Hertogenbosch tournament

Belgian Tennis player David Goffin overcame the barrier of the second round of competitions in Hertogenbosch, beating the Frenchman Pierre-Hugues Herbert – 6/3, 7/5.

The match lasted 1 hour and 31 minutes. The 33rd World No. 28, David, made three breaks and 13 aces, making a double mistake when serving. His peer Herbert, who occupies the 45th place in the ATP rating, once took an opponent’s submission, made six aces and two double mistakes.

The Belgian remains the leader in the personal meetings of the players – 3: 0. In the quarterfinals of the Libema Open tournament, Goffin will play with either the Spaniard Fernando Verdasco or Adrian Mannarino from France.
