Alexander Zverev dropped out of the fight in a tournament in Rome

German tennis player Alexander Zverev could not overcome the barrier of the second round of “Masters” in Rome, losing to the Italian Matteo Berrettini – 5/7, 5/7.

The fight lasted 1 hour and 48 minutes. The fifth racket of the world, 22-year-old Zverev, twice took the pitch of his opponent, made 11 aces and six double faults. 23-year-old Matteo, occupying the 33rd line of the world table of ranks, made four breaks and five aces, three times mistaken in filing.

In personal meetings of players established equality – 1: 1. In the 1/8 finals of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia competition, Berrettini will play either with Argentinean Diego Schwartzman or Spaniard Albert Ramos.
