The rumors were running for a few weeks, they are now confirmed. Benoit Paire is no longer a heart to take. The tennis player is in couple with Julie Bertin, a reality TV candidate currently in the casting of the Villa of broken hearts on TFX. It is the latter who made their relationship official on social networks, on May 3, 2021. While she lent herself to the game of questions and answers with her community of subscribers, the pretty brunette revealed, for the first time, that she was in a relationship with the enfant terrible of French tennis. An Internet user asked her if she liked tennis since she was with Benoît Paire, she answered that she had “no choice”: “I get up in tennis, I eat in tennis, I sleep in tennis… In fact, I’m starting to appreciate more and more,” she said. Their romance would have started six months ago: “We saw each other during my wedding dress shooting in Avignon and paf, it made Chocapics”, joked Julie Bertin. She also said more about what made her fall in love with the tennis player: “Frankly, his madness! Between strange people, we understand each other. His simplicity, his attention, his protective side and then I’ll stop there.”

It would seem that Benoît Paire has turned the page with Shy’m with whom he had a two-year relationship between 2015 and 2017. A love story which he had difficulty recovering as he had confided in the book Out! written by Quentin Moynet, published in 2020: “I am better when I am single. In my personal life, I have never been as fulfilled as when I was with my ex. But when I love, I give so much that I’m not focused enough on my career. (…) The breakup destroyed me, I was still in love. To be honest, I still miss her. I had never been in love like that. Three years later, I’m still able to talk about her with emotion,” he wrote.
