The winless streak of the Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka has already reached 14 matches. The winning streak began in Ostrava, where Arina won the trophy in October 2020, then there was a victory at the competition in Linz.
Now Sabalenka performs in Abu Dhabi and has already reached the final of the competition, where she will fight for the trophy with Veronika Kudermetova.
Aryna commented on reaching the finals in Abu Dhabi.
“Right now I’m concentrating on doing everything right. Thanks to this I don’t think about the winning streak. It’s important to concentrate all my thoughts on showing the best possible game and giving my best in every episode.
I want to improve all aspects of my tennis. There’s still a lot of things I need to work on. But right now it’s going really well and I’m enjoying it.
In the final match it will be important to stay focused and play my serve as well as possible. I’m really looking forward to the finals.”
