The fourth racket of the world, the Dutch tennis player Kiki Bertens, at the start of the competition Libema Open defeated Johanna Larsson from Sweden, who occupies the 148th place in the world ranking – 6/3, 6/1.
For 57 minutes of the match, Kiki made seven aces and five breaks, having mistaken three times during the service. Whereas, Johanna once let herself through and implemented one break point, making three double faults. Through personal meetings, opponents became 2-1 in favor of the Dutch.
In the second round of the tournament in Hertogenbosch, Bertens will play with the Dutch Arantxa Rus.
