American tennis player Venus Williams spoke about her diet in an interview with Women’s Health.
“Usually I eat something light for breakfast – fruit or protein shakes. Lunch depends on how much time I have to eat it. It could be potatoes and rice, or it could be smoothies. Then I often have snacks on the go, including franchises or the same smoothies.
I like Caesar salad without chicken for dinner. It’s very easy to make or order to the house or hotel room. However, sometimes girls need donuts! It’s all about balance. Life is too short to eat bad food,” said Venus.
