Anna Karolina Schmidlova was born September 13, 1994 in Košice, Slovakia. Since the age of nine, she plays tennis, but as a pastime and hobby. After winning the national competition at the age of 12, she began to practice seriously. Her sister Maria is also taking her first steps in the sport.
