Canadian Denis Shapovalov and Frenchman Gael Monfils will not take part in the Citi Open competition, which will be held from July 29 to August 4.
The places of Shapovalov and Monfils in the main draw of the tournament will be taken by the representative of Kazakhstan Alexander Bublik and Lloyd Harris from South Africa.
