French tennis player Richard Gasquet, who recently took part in the Ultimate Tennis Showdown, responded to the publication of the updated ATP calendar.
“I think the calendar is completely crazy. So much competition in such a short period of time is too much. But everyone wants to save their tournaments. It’s quite logical, but as a result many players will face a choice, especially top players.
I myself do not know yet where I will resume the season, two more months, anything can happen. We need to watch the development of the situation. If there are no problems, I will fly to New York, but so far everything is too uncertain,” Times Famous quoted Gasquet as saying.
