Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut won the Australian Open doubles

The French  Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut in the finals of the pair of “Slam” in Melbourne defeated Finn Henry Kontinen and Australian John Peers – 6/4, 7/6 (1).

For 1 hour and 38 minutes of the match, Pierre-Hugues and Nicolas made three aces and one break, mistaken twice when serving. Whereas Henri and John thrashed three times and made seven double faults.

The title of “Slam” brought 750,000 dollars and 2000 rating points to Herbert and Mahut.
