Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios failed to overcome the barrier of the second round of the tournament in Delray Beach, losing in three sets to Radu Albot from Moldova – 2/6, 6/3, 3/6.
The match lasted 1 hour and 24 minutes. The 64th World Rack, 23-year-old Kirgios, once took the opponent’s pitch, made 19 aces and three double faults. 29-year-old Albot, who occupies the 82nd position in the world classification, made three breaks and six aces, making one mistake when serving.
In personal meetings, the players established equality – 1: 1. In 1/4 finals of the Delray Beach Open competition, Albot will play with Steve Johnson from USA.
