Chilean tennis player Christian Garin won the tournament in Munich, beating Italian Matteo Berrettini – 6/1, 3/6, 7/6 (1).
The fight lasted 2 hours and 8 minutes. 22-year-old Christian, who occupies 47th place in the world classification, made three breaks and Ace. The 37th racket of the world, 23-year-old Matteo, took the opponent’s pitch twice, made ten aces and two double faults.
Previously, the players did not meet each other. The title, won at the BMW Open competition, was the second for Garin in his career, bringing € 90,390 in prize money and 250 rating points.
