British tennis player Andy Murray commented on the victory in the tournament in Antwerp.
“The last months were difficult, so I didn’t even think about the title. I just wanted to stay competitive, fight, and not give myself to any opponent. I didn’t talk about victories – just about the fight. I like to play, I like tennis, but this title is a surprise for everyone. Before the match, I was very nervous and did not believe that I was ready to play at such a level. I did not expect this from myself. I had no advantage in the course of the meeting, so I was even more worried. It turned out that the victory came, – it’s amazing.
I knew that I would have a chance to regain my former form, but I did not think that the results would come so soon. I am glad that this happened, but I thought that for about another year I would perform worse. Now everything is fine with the hip, there is nothing to hurt there – just metal. This is good, with a normal leg I would not be able to run.
I have two children and a third will be born soon. They are all less than four. If I sit at home, there will be more children, so I’ll play a lot, “the press service quoted Andy as saying.
