For 2 hours and 10 minutes of the match, Alexander made eight aces and one break, having been mistaken four times when serving. Whereas Stefanos filed through four times and implemented three break points, making two double mistakes.
Score in the personal meetings of opponents was 2: 1 in favor of the Greek. In the semifinals of the tournament in Madrid, Tsitsipas will play with the Spaniard Rafael Nadal.
