Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev commented on the victory in the quarterfinals of the tournament in Montreal.
“I thought it would be harder that Thiem would play better. But in the end I was happy with everything, because I could save a lot of energy. Well, I understand that I became more confident thanks to such a victory,” the tour’s press service quoted Medvedev as saying.
