Canadian Denis Shapovalov will take part in competitions in London, which will be held from 16 to 23 June.
“I watched this tournament as a child and heard that it is one of the best in the world. I am glad to perform here for the first time. I got the opportunity to play in London shortly before Wimbledon, it’s great. There is no better way to prepare for Wimbledon,” Tennis World quoted Shapovalov as saying.
In addition to Denis, two more Next Gen representatives will perform at the tournament – Francis Tiafoe and Felix Auger.
