The organizers of the Open Championship of France told about the prize of the upcoming tournament.
Champions of single competitions will receive 2.3 million euros, finalists – 1.18 million each, semifinalists – 590 thousand each, quarter-finalists – 415 thousand each, participants of the fourth round – 243 thousand, third, second and first circles – 143, 87 each and 46 thousand, respectively. The total size of the prize fund was 42.6 million euros (four and a half percent more than last year).
