Christina Mchale was born May 11, 1992, in Teaneck, America. Her father John works with finances and her mother Marguerite travels with her daughter to competitions. The tennis player has an older sister, Lauren, who also plays tennis.
From three to eight years Christina lived in Hong Kong, where her father was transferred for work, then she became interested in tennis. She officially started her professional career in 2010. But a year before that she debuted in the main draw of WTA tournaments. In 2011 the American had already entered the Top 50. However, McHale won her first title only in 2016 in Tokyo.
