Greek tennis player Stephanos Tsitsipas reached the semifinals of the Australian Open, beating Spaniard Roberto Bautista-Agut in four sets, 7/5, 4/6, 6/4, 7/6 (2).
The match lasted 3 hours and 15 minutes. The 15th racket of the world, 20-year-old Stefanos, recorded four breaks and 22 aces, having made a mistake three times when serving. The 30-year-old Bautista-Agut, occupying the 30th place in the world classification, took the opponent three times, made six aces and two double mistakes.
Previously, the players have not met each other. In 1/2 of the final of the competition, Tsitsipas will face off with the winner of the game Spaniard Rafael Nadal and American Francis Tiafoe.
