American Serena Williams believes that she and sister Venus were not afraid to show their individuality in tennis.
“Venus and I were able to succeed and continue to follow this path. We behaved arrogantly and simply were ourselves. We were never afraid to wear pigtails or be black. That was our difference from the rest,” Serena said Allure.
