Swiss tennis player Roger Federer reach the fourth round of the French Open, beating the Norwegian Casper Ruud – 6/3, 6/1, 7/6 (8).
The match lasted 2 hours and 11 minutes. The third racket of the world, 37-year-old Roger, recorded five breaks and ten aces, three times making a mistake when serving. The 20-year-old Ruud, who occupies the 63rd place in the world classification, once took an opponent’s pitch, made two aces and five double faults. Previously, the players did not meet each other.
In the fourth round of the tournament, Federer will fight the winner of the game Frenchman Nicolas Mahut and Argentine Leonardo Mayer.
