Patrick Muratoglou, an American mentor for Serena Williams, praised the victory Nick Kirgios in Acapulco.
“My words will sound trite, but I repeat: Nick Kyrgios is a miracle in the world of tennis. He is a rare tennis player who does not think about every word or action several times. He tries to be himself regardless of the opinions of others. Tennis needs such players,” wrote Muratoglou in his microblog on Twitter.
