Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova will not take part in the Internazionali BNL d’Italia competition, which will be held from 13 to 19 May in Rome.
“Although my shoulder is getting stronger every day, I still feel pain,” journalist Matt Cronin quoted Sharapova in her Twitter account.
