Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek commented on her way to the Roland Garros final.
“I am a bit surprised. Before the tournament, I couldn’t imagine that I could play so great. However, I always believed that if I reached the final of the “Helmet”, it would happen at Roland Garros.
I played as I was going to, imagining it was the first lap. I didn’t want to think it was a semi-final, so I didn’t feel the pressure. I played aggressively, as I did in previous meetings.
I feel great, I don’t hurt anything,” – WTA press service quotes Swiatek.
