The Spanish national team prevailed over the French team at the Hopman Cup exhibition tournament held in Perth. In the first match, Garbin Muguruza was stronger than Alize Corne – 6/1, 6/3. Then David Ferrer beat in three sets to Lucas Pouille – 6/4, 6/7 (5), 7/6 (2).
