Frenchman Gael Monfils will not play at the Masters in Monte Carlo.
The cause was an injury to the right ankle. It is reported by Tennis World USA. The last time an athlete went to court at a tournament in Indian Wells, where he reached the quarter-finals, but was forced to withdraw. Monfils will miss the Monte Carlo competition for the third year in a row.
