British tennis player Andy Murray will open the London Marathon, which will be held April 28, 2019.
“This is an amazing race that is very important for many people. The marathon annually collects huge amounts of money for charity and inspires people to live a more active life. Maybe one day I will run it too,” says Murray BBC.
Recall that currently the two-time Olympic champion is recovering from hip surgery.
