Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova failed to overcome the barrier of the quarter-finals of the Australian Open, losing in three sets to American Danielle Collins, – 6/2, 5/7, 1/6.
The match lasted 2 hours and 16 minutes. The 44th World No. 27, Pavlyuchenkova, 27, took a rival four times, made six aces and as many double mistakes. Danielle, 25, who occupies the 35th place in the world classification, implemented gznm break points, completed six aces and made a mistake once when serving.
