For 1 hour and 7 minutes of the match, Serena made eight aces and five breaks, making a mistake when serving only once. Whereas Dayana doubled through, making eight double faults.
In the fourth round of the Australian Open, Williams Jr. will play either with Romanian Simona Halep or Venus Williams.
