What do athletes say about each other?
“I have no opinion. I know Kyrgios too badly to give him an opinion. He often does not behave like me and it is unpleasant for me. But also Nick plays cool and treats tennis with a fuse. Thanks to Kirgios, tennis is developing.
I want the Tour to develop, so such bright players are very important. If Nick puts up his mind and is ready to try, he is very interesting. But sometimes he doesn’t behave in the way I think is right.
Rafael Nadal
“Several times we had disagreements in the course of the matches. There is nothing surprising here, because we both have a fighting character. However, I by no means want to belittle his achievements.
Rafa is a great champion, he won 20 “Slams” – it’s just incredible. I don’t think there will ever be another player like him.
