The German national team proved to be stronger than the French team at the Hopman Cup exhibition tournament, which takes place in Perth. In the first match Angelique Kerber defeated Alize Korne with a score of 5/7, 6/2, 6/4. In the second meeting, Alexander Zverev took over Lucas Pouille , – 6/3, 6/7 (8), 6/2. In the doubles meeting, the victory was left to the French, – 4/3 (4), 4/3 (3).
