Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka spoke about her idols.
“In life, I always look at my family – my sister, mom and dad. I also pay attention to some other pioneers – for example, Beyoncé or Rihanna.
As for sports, I have great respect for those athletes who managed not only to climb to the top, but also to stay on it for a long time. Serena Williams, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James immediately come to mind.
But being a role model is something that I take very seriously. I hope to inspire young athletes everywhere, especially young girls from Japan and Haiti. Follow your dreams and everything will be possible, ”the WTA press service quoted Osaka as saying.
